Is it safe to order on the website?

Yes. Our website is Sagepay certified. Using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) all sensitive data is encrypted with 256 bit encryption - the highest level of security available to online retailers. SSL encodes all your personal information, encrypting your credit card number, name, address, phone number etc. so that it can only be read by our secure server. Your browser software will show an indicator of the security of the site when you place an order.

What is the standard delivery charge?

Our standard delivery charge on the UK mainland is £19.00. Items that require pallet delivery will be indicated in their description. Pallet delivery is £39.00. There is free delivery on orders over £600.

How long before the receipt of ordered goods?

You will receive your goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Deliveries take place:

Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.30pm. Someone must be present at the delivery address to acknowledge receipt of the order.

Is the product frost proof?

Yes. All our products come with a five year guarantee.
