The rates quoted below apply only to U.K land delivery only. We are more than happy to deliver overseas but require that you contact us either by e-mail or telephone (number at top of page) for a specific quote.
Delivery Charges:
Parcel delivery £19.00
Palletised delivery £39.00
Only items which are suitable in weight, size and strength can be sent by parcel. These items will be charged at £19 per delivery however many items.
Otherwise the charge will be £39.00 for delivery by pallet. Pallet charges will apply also where the order is comprised of a mixture of both lightweight and heavyweight items.
Orders will be delivered within 5 working days. The carrier will call the customer to arrange a delivery day and approximate time. Delivery is to kerbside/ground floor entrance. For a delivery at a specific time on a particular day an extra charge may be incurred. Please inspect the goods upon delivery, and sign for their receipt. If the goods are damaged, take a note of the damage and if possible a digital photograph.
In the event that you have received damaged goods, please contact us via email within 24 hours supplying details of the damage and if possible a photograph. Please note that colour variations, firing cracks and inconsistencies in glaze or shape do not constitute damage, as they are inherent characteristics of hand made products. If the goods are damaged we shall replace them at our expense.
You may return any product within 10 working days for any reason. If the product is returned in perfect condition, we will reimburse you in full. The carriage costs for returns of this nature are the responsibility of the customer.
