Designed by Jacqueline Breton Garden Design, this garden was restyled to create a sophisticated and modern outdoor entertaining space for Jackie’s client Louise. Being a lover of entertaining her guests and hosting parties, Louise wanted a garden that extended her modern statement home so our Fiori Luminous range were perfect for the job!
These large polycarbonate pots, made through high end rotational moulding techniques, achieve a contemporary finish which Jackie tastefully incorporated into Louise’s garden by choosing the luminous Cono and Africa planters. Both Jackie and Louise were highly satisfied with the planters once they had arrived and were impressed by their high quality and the look they achieved, despite being slightly unsure when they ordered them, due to not seeing them in the flesh.
Having studied horticulture at Capel Manor College in Enfield and qualifying in a Garden design course, Jackie chose Pittosporum tobira nanum to be used in the planters. This was chosen to give a soft mound of foliage that would sit in the planters nicely, but not completely cover them up as the plants grow and drape over.
Jackie has been designing gardens for 3 years and has very close attention to detail. The glossy deep green leaves are a feature she felt would work really well in contrast to the matt light coloured finish of the planters and, when lit up at night, will create some amazing shadow-play on the surrounding surfaces.
Jackie found our Fiori Luminous range to be perfect for this client’s brief and was very glad to have used The Pot Company to attain such an effect:
“What I love about the Pot Co is the customer service. They are always polite and prompt to reply with an answer to any question I might have, they are always very helpful. I also like the variety of pots they have, there is a pot to fit any garden.”
