The Pot Company Toasts English Heritage Collection with Winter Drinks At London Landmark

The Pot Company was honoured to attend a Winter drinks reception hosted by English Heritage as their collaboration enters a second year.
Team members Katie Weller and Thomas Keep from one of the UK’s leading suppliers of pots and planters enjoyed an evening of drinks, canapés and speeches for partners and licensees inside the English Heritage-owned Wellington Arch in the heart of London, originally the entrance to Buckingham Palace.
The Kent-based firm created a unique range of garden planters for the charity in 2017, inspired by some of its 400 historic monuments, buildings and places across the country.
The striking collection, which includes both frost resistant Terracini and eco-friendly Clayfibre in various designs, will continue to be available for general purchase from The Pot Company in 2019 with further projects planned for the future.
Katie Weller of The Pot Company said: “Our collaboration with English Heritage has proved to be one of our most popular collections and it’s always a great pleasure to meet with the team.
“The Winter drinks reception was held at a totally unique venue inside the Wellington Arch, which was originally the entrance to Buckingham Palace, which made the whole evening even more special.
“We look forward to continuing to work with English Heritage in 2019 and hope to develop some more products with them in the near future.”
The Heritage Collection is inspired by history, incorporating period design features from English Heritage properties into a uniquely styled range of garden planters.
The design process involved the team visiting several English Heritage properties as well as looking through the fascinating archives at Wrest Park before creating a range of designs that offered an attractive and authentic feel in popular materials and sizes.
Planters can be ordered individually or in nested sets and pallet combinations from The Pot Company.
Good margins are on offer to the end retailer and increase with volumes purchased. Merchandising solutions are also available, including point of sale marketing material.
