    The pits of Terracotta warriors and horses are located by the east side of Qin shihuang's mausoleum. Discovered by peasants in 1974 when they were digging a well.

    Covering a total area of about 20000s sqm, the three discovered pits contains 8000 Terracotta warriors and horses and about 10000 pieces of weapons. They are now regarded as the "Eighth wonder of the world".
